First Wall Street Capital Fund Management (FWSC) was recently established to spearhead our Chinese private equity initiative, which will be based in Chongqing, China.
It is focused on private equity funds and direct company investments across several industries in China and the Chongqing region, accessing local operating partners.
Key attributes of the China Fund, are expected to include the right to:
- Raise capital in the US and efficiently convert it to RMB
- Expatriate capital from China
- Raise capital in China
- Acquire and sell Chinese real estate
