Matt Gordon
Matt is an entrepreneur and investment banking professional working with enterprises and clients to realize extraordinary value for the successful execution of strategy, financings, liquidity/exit events and the acquisition of strategically complementary businesses and assets that foster aggressive sustainable growth.
Mr. Gordon began his career as a mergers and acquisitions attorney on Wall Street with Sullivan & Cromwell and Fried Frank where he represented some of the world’s largest companies and financial institutions. He left his legal practice to lead a European VOIP-telecom company’s M&A group. He also assisted in raising over $200 million and eventually assumed P&L responsibility for the US division.
Mr. Gordon moved on to a career in investment banking and management consulting, on both venture and established companies in a variety of sectors, including technology, alternative energy, natural resources, and real estate. Mr. Gordon is a licensed attorney and member of the New York State Bar. He holds a JD from University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis from Cornell University.
