Prior to joining First Wall Street Capital, Mark Neuman was the Co-Founder and President of The Relmark Group, A multi-faceted Real Estate Company based out of Manhattan, New York. The Relmark Group offers full service Project Management and consulting, providing high quality services to clients utilizing highly trained and experienced professionals to offer personalized attention through all project phases, beginning with Conceptual Planning, and continuing through Design, Construction and Property Management.
In addition to its various acquisitions and development projects, The Relmark Group combines traditional brokerage and leasing capabilities, and is able to serve an international platform. The Relmark Group has advised on over 200 Million Dollars of transactions.
Marks family background in real estate goes back 100 years plus, which gives him an innate ability to work in every facet of Real Estate and finance. Mark has been involved as an advisor and manager on over 1 Million square feet of commercial and residential real estate. Mark has managed holdings for his family and overseen acquisitions, dispositions and development. He supervised in the Design and Architectural work of residential properties and commercial. With his leadership He assisted in the development and design of a modular housing community in New York.
Mark also has skills and interest in the fields of computer science and technology.
