Kunal Kohli
Kunal Kohli focuses on business development and the execution of both real estate and traditional industry transactions at First Wall Street, leveraging his active network of high net worth individuals and clients from China, India, and the US.
Prior to joining First Wall Street, Mr. Kohli was responsible for underwriting, packaging, and closing over $40 million in residential loans as the youngest Vice President for Exeter Commercial, a suburban New York lending institution. While Exeters historic focus had been financing for development and construction of single family homes, Mr. Kohli introduced new guidelines and deal flow that helped the firm make a major shift toward multi-unit and hotel development financing.
