David DeMuth
David DeMuth has spent over thirty years in senior financial management positions with global companies, including as Pepsi Co’s Director of Tax of Services and the Continental Grain Company’s VP of Finance & Administration. His roles have also included direct portfolio asset management experience, in which he co-managed over $1.0 billion of pension fund assets. Mr. DeMuth has significant experience in creating and implementing complex and innovative structured finance transactions, including multi-faceted commercial mortgages, private debt placements, repurchase agreements, warehouse facilities, and various asset-back structures to fund receivables, and hedging strategies.
Most recently, he founded CFO Consulting Partners, a firm focused on Transaction/M&A and Private Equity practices in the Real Estate, Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors. Mr. DeMuth started his corporate career with KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of Financial Executives International, Association for Corporate Growth and the Princeton Chamber of Commerce. Mr. DeMuth holds a BS in Accounting from Loyola College and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University.
